Dennis Southam is the Principal Engineer of DSA. Dennis has a decorated career and is an expert in the corrosion protection industry.

His expertise has seen him present at conferences worldwide and guide regulations for composite engineering.

As a specialist in chemical resistant fibreglass reinforced plastics, Dennis’ duties include designing, calculating, preparing, and reviewing technical specifications.

Dennis is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer (Ret.). Dennis’ experience is crucial to the DSA team and makes him one of the top industry leaders worldwide.

Tom is the Senior Design Engineer at DSA. He studied Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at The University of Adelaide, graduating with honours.

Since then, he has worked as a project engineer for the manufacture and supply of GRP products. He was involved in the Ichthys Combined Cycle Power Plant project in Darwin, NT, before consulting for GRP products.

In consulting, Tom has designed GRP equipment for many processes. Inspections and analysis in plants have taken him around the country and internationally. As a result, Tom has recognised as an expert within the composites industry.

Christian is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with hands-on industrial experience and a proven track record in mechanical design, from concept to production.

He brings strong expertise in various drafting and analysis software for hydraulic, piping, mechanical, and structural disciplines, coupled with a solid understanding of Australian Standards.

As a Project Engineer, Christian has extensive experience in piping and structural fabrication and installation, alongside comprehensive project management.
